In compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the data processing called APRENDE INTEF, whose purpose is the treatment of users who participate in this type of massive and online courses, with open training modality, with the purpose that you can access to course’s content and/or digital badge issuance tools.
The treatment is necessary for the fulfilment of a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the controller, article 6.1. e) of the GDPR, Regulation (UE) 2016/679, and in the (Spanish) Organic Law 2/2006, 3rd May, on Education, modified by Organic Law 3/2020, of 29th December.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), limitation of treatment and portability and not to be subject to automated individual decisions that are applicable according to the legal basis of the treatment.
