General terms and conditions for the use of 'INTEF en Línea'
The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport hereby informs you that access to and use of the 'INTEF en Línea' website (hereinafter 'INTEF en Línea'), within the intef.es domain and of all its subdomains and directories, as well as the services and contents that through it can be obtained, are subject to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice, notwithstanding that access to any of said services or contents may require the acceptance of certain additional conditions.
Therefore, if you do not agree to any terms detailed in this Legal Notice, please do not use the 'INTEF en Línea' website, since any use you make of it or the services and contents included in it will imply acceptance of the legal terms stated in this text. The conditions and terms set out in this Legal Notice may vary in time, so we invite you to review these terms when you visit the INTEF en Línea space again.
The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport reserves the right, at any time and without previous notification to users, to modify, extend or temporarily suspend the presentation, configuration, technical specifications and services of the 'INTEF en Línea' portal, as well as to make changes concerning the update, correction, modification, addition or deletion of contents or designs. The contents and services offered by 'INTEF en Línea' are updated periodically. As the information on updates is not immediate, we suggest that you always check the validity and accuracy of the information, services and contents included in 'INTEF en Línea'.
The information obtained through 'INTEF en Línea', as well as the answers to the questions submitted in its contact forms, fulfils a function of general information and attention to the citizen in the terms established in article 4 of Royal Decree 208/1996 of February 9th, which regulate the services of administrative information and attention to the citizen. Consequently, in no case binding legal effect may be derived.
Intellectual and industrial property rights
All the contents shown in 'INTEF en Línea', unless otherwise stated, are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 Spain (CC BY-SA 4.0) license and, therefore, the rights contained in this license are granted, provided you accept the terms and conditions of the license.
The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport declares respect for the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties. Therefore, if you believe that 'INTEF en Línea' may be violating your rights, please contact the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.
Protección de datos de carácter personal y privacidad
La Dirección General de Evaluación y Cooperación Territorial de la Secretaría de Estado de Educación, Formación Profesional y Universidades del Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte es la entidad responsable del fichero de datos generado con los datos de carácter personal suministrados por los usuarios de INTEF en Línea.
De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, este departamento se compromete al cumplimiento de su obligación de secreto con respecto a los datos de carácter personal y al deber de tratarlos con confidencialidad. A estos efectos, adoptará las medidas necesarias para evitar su alteración, pérdida, tratamiento o acceso no autorizado.
El Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte mantiene los niveles de protección de los datos personales conforme al Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal, y ha establecido todos los medios técnicos a su alcance para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y robo de los datos facilitados por los usuarios.
A través de INTEF en Línea no se recaban, sin el conocimiento del usuario, datos de carácter personal de los usuarios, ni se ceden a terceros. La recogida y tratamiento automatizado de los datos personales tiene como finalidad la gestión, prestación, ampliación y mejora de los servicios solicitados en cada momento por el usuario y el seguimiento de consultas planteadas por los usuarios. En esta línea, con la finalidad de ofrecerle el mejor servicio y con el objeto de facilitar el uso, se analizan el número de páginas visitadas, el número de visitas, así como la actividad de los visitantes y su frecuencia de utilización.
El usuario podrá ejercitar en todo momento los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición, solicitándolo por cualquier medio que deje constancia de su envío y de su recepción. Las solicitudes deberán dirigirse al Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Educativas y de Formación del Profesorado, C/ Torrelaguna 58, 28027 Madrid (España), instituto dependiente de la Dirección General de Evaluación y Cooperación Territorial.
El servicio del que es titular INTEF en Línea contiene enlaces a sitios web de terceros, cuyas políticas de privacidad son ajenas a INTEF en Línea. Al acceder a tales sitios web usted puede decidir si acepta sus políticas de privacidad y de cookies. Con carácter general, si navega por Internet usted puede aceptar o rechazar las cookies de terceros desde las opciones de configuración de su navegador.
El Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte se reserva la facultad de modificar la presente Política de Privacidad para adaptarla a las novedades legislativas, jurisprudenciales o de interpretación de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. En este caso, el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte anunciará dichos cambios, indicando claramente y con la debida antelación las modificaciones efectuadas, y solicitando, en caso de que sea necesario, su aceptación de dichos cambios.
En cumplimiento de lo previsto por el artículo 5 de la LOPD, se informa de que los datos de carácter personal que se recaban directamente del usuario, a través de los distintos recursos disponibles en INTEF en Línea, serán tratados de forma confidencial y quedarán incorporados a los respectivos ficheros de los que es responsable Insignias INTEF, con las finalidades que se detallan en el Registro General de Protección de Datos no siendo utilizados para finalidades incompatibles con éstas. Los datos recabados podrán ser cedidos en los casos previstos, para cada fichero, en dicho Registro.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The applicable law in the event of a dispute or conflict over interpretation of the terms comprising this Legal Notice, as well as any question related to the services of 'INTEF en Línea', will be the Spanish Law.
For the resolution of any disputes that may arise in connection with visiting 'INTEF in Línea' or the use of the services it offers, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and the user agree to appear before the Judges and Courts of the user's location, provided it is in Spanish territory, and after the applicable civil or administrative claims pursuant to the provisions of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure.
Reutilización de datos
The reuse of the data sets available in 'INTEF en Línea' will be made by the users at their own risk, and they will be exclusively held responsible before third parties for damages that may arise from it.
The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport shall not be held responsible for the use made of its information by third parties, or for damages suffered, or for economic losses that, directly or indirectly, may cause economic, material or data damages, derived from used or reused information.
The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport does not guarantee the continuity of the documents of 'INTEF en Línea' nor assume any liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the web site, any failures, delays, or interruptions

The purpose of such links is solely to provide you with a set of resources in Internet that may interest you.
