#BYOD_INTEF - Bring Your Own Device to your school.
At schools we now face a time when one of the main issues we have with the use of technology for education is to make use of it and specially the maintenance and updating. It could be hard or difficult to support this only by school.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) implies the students will bring their suitable devices into the school for some educational reasons and purposes.
The NOOC “Bring Your Own Device” will help you design a lesson plan in which you can use mobile learning in order to include your students’ devices into the school. We will be happy to learn with you.
At the end of the activities, you will be able to gain a digital badge stored in the INTEF Open Badge Backpack that is awarded as recognition for the learning throughout the NOOC. The estimated workload is only indicative, training hours not being certified. It is expected that the main motivation for participation in the NOOC is personal learning, professional development and collaboration with other teachers.
The language of this course will be English.
At the end of the NOOC you will create a lesson plan using Mobile Learning and ask the students to bring their devices to school in order to work on them.
Digital Competence for teachers
This NOOC will help you achieve levels C1 and C2 of competence 3.1. "Developing digital content", from Area 3: “Digital content creation” of the Common Digital Competence Framework for Teachers.
